By booking a discovery call, private session, group session, workshop, class, ceremony, or any other offering (collectively, the “Services”) through this website or directly with Elena Box (“Practitioner,” “I,” or “me”), you (“Client,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

By booking through this website, checking any required consent box, and/or participating in any Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement.

1. Nature of Services

The Services offered are holistic, spiritual, educational, and experiential in nature. They may include, but are not limited to, yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, shamanic energy medicine, ritual, ceremony, sound, guided journeys, grief support, and spiritual inquiry.

You understand and agree that:

  • I am not a licensed mental health professional, medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider.

  • The Services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or medication.

  • Nothing shared during a session, workshop, class, or discovery call should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. No practitioner–client, therapist–patient, or medical relationship is created by participation in the Services.

You are encouraged to seek the advice of a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health condition.

2. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in the Services is voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after any session or event.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for listening to your body, emotions, and internal cues.

  • You may decline or stop any practice or activity at any time.

  • Emotional release (including but not limited to crying, laughter, anger, or other expressions) may occur and is considered a normal part of this work.

You understand that all outcomes are subjective and that no guarantees are made regarding results, healing, insight, or transformation.

3. Medical & Mental Health Disclosure

By booking, you affirm that:

  • You are not relying on the Services as a replacement for professional medical or mental health treatment.

  • You agree to consult with your healthcare provider regarding any condition for which participation in the Services may be contraindicated.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional, you understand that it is your responsibility to inform them of your participation in these Services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions, discovery calls, and appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.

Exceptions:

Cancellations due to illness, injury, medical emergency, or force majeure events (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Workshops, Group Events & Off-Site Locations

For workshops, classes, ceremonies, or events held at locations other than my home studio:

  • You acknowledge that each venue carries its own inherent risks.

  • You agree that I am not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participation in any group or off-site offering is at your own risk.

6. Home Studio Access & Physical Space Disclaimer

Some Services are offered in my private home studio.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to the studio requires the use of stairs.

  • The space is not fully accessible.

  • You are responsible for determining whether the space is appropriate for your physical abilities.

By choosing to attend a session at my home studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering and moving within the space, including but not limited to slips, falls, or other injuries.

7. Limitation of Liability & Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Elena Box from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Participation in any Service

  • Physical injury, emotional distress, illness, or loss

  • Use of my home studio or any off-site location

  • Decisions or actions you take as a result of the Services

You understand and agree that participation is entirely at your own risk and that I shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damages of any kind.

8. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that healing, insight, and personal transformation are unique and subjective processes. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding outcomes or results.

9. Confidentiality

While confidentiality is respected and upheld to the best of my ability, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. You agree to respect the privacy of others when participating in group offerings.

10. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. I make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. I am not liable for any damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By booking and participating in any Service, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You voluntarily agree to be bound by them

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not book or participate in the Services.
