HEY, I’M Elena.

MEET YOUR HOST

I’m Elena Box—minister, mother, ceremonialist, and shamanic death doula. I created The Ode to Joy Podcast as a home for the kinds of conversations that don’t always fit in polite society: the ones about grief, rage, wild joy, healing, magic, and what it means to be fully human. I’m here to laugh and cry with you—sometimes both in the same breath.
