Come move, breathe, and gather in real time.
This is where you’ll find upcoming ways to work with me in person—yoga classes, seasonal ceremonies, sound baths, and other gatherings rooted in breath, ritual, and community.
Whether you’re deep in postpartum, tending grief, or just looking to reconnect with your body and spirit, I’d love to see you in the field.

The Mother's Well

📖 Journaling and optional sharing
🤍 Circle time with other moms (little ones are welcome!)
🥗 Closing potluck upstairs (after 5:30), where you’re welcome to invite your husband or a loved one to join us for the meal.

Mother's Well: A village-making women’s circle where littles are welcomed
With Elena Box & Melanie Wedeking, LMT
Join us for a nourishing afternoon of womb-centered movement, quiet meditation, and heartfelt sharing.
This is a space for women walking the path of healing through matrescence, where we remember the power of motherhood healing hand in hand.
Babies and children are lovingly welcomed—there will be soft corners, toys, and mindful activities to help hold them while we hold each other.
Together, we’ll gather in community, offering support, reflection, and restoration.
This is mothering at the altar—a sacred space to be witnessed, softened, and supported by the village.
📍 Calliope Commons | Ritual Studio —
66 Hillview Ave. Port Washington, NY 11050
🗓️ Friday, August 22nd
⏰ Doors open at 3:30 PM | Circle begins at 4:00 PM

Wednesday Night Vinyasa in the Garden
Outdoor Movement Series at Growing Love Community Garden
Come move with us under the open sky. I’m teaching Vinyasa Flow every Wednesday from 7:30–8:30 PM as part of our weekly Outdoor Movement Series at the Growing Love Community Garden in Port Washington. This is not your average yoga class—each session is a little ceremony, a full-body reset, and a celebration of community. Expect breath-led movement, soulful playlists, and a supportive space where you can sweat, soften, and reconnect.
The series runs Monday through Friday, featuring a variety of offerings led by local teachers: strength training, functional fitness, slow flow yoga, and more—including a bilingual class. All classes are just $10, and walk-ins are always welcome.
No registration needed—just bring a yoga mat (or blanket), water, and anything else that helps you feel grounded. We practice rain or shine (unless the weather is unsafe—check @outdoormovementgrowinglove for updates).
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Summer Solstice Sound Bath
