Tier 1 —

Gentle Start

(Consult & Care Map)

60-min Intake + Gentle Care Map (Zoom or in-person)

 • Clarify wishes and immediate needs (for the individual and/or family)

• Discuss medical directives, comfort choices, and what to expect as the body prepares to die

• Guidance on creating a supportive environment (flowers, photos, personal touches)

• Simple rituals for calm and connection

• Referrals and resources

  • Deliverable: 1-page Care Map

  • Investment: $150

Option: Upgrade to a 2-hour Kitchen Table Session — $300

• For families: facilitated circle to align roles, share openly, and close with ritual

• For individuals: a deeper session for legacy conversation, grief preparation, or spiritual/emotional support

Tier 2 —

Ongoing Companion Care (Hour Bank)

10-Hour Support Bank (used in 60–120 min blocks)

  • Valid for 6 weeks

  • Flexible support, tailored to needs:

    • Kitchen Table family circles

    • One-on-one companioning for individuals

    • Grief support weaving in meditation, breathwork, and ritual

    • Legacy projects (letters, recordings, memory boxes, storytelling)

    • Informational guidance on the dying process

    • Child-centered support if applicable (art, altar-building, gentle Q&A)

Investment: $1,200 (effective $120/hr)

Tier 3 —

Vigil Readiness

(On-Call + Bedside)

14-Day On-Call Window (priority text/phone access)

  • Up to 12 Bedside Hours (daytime or evening)

    • Gentle presence for the individual and/or family system

    • Singing, ritual, music, atmosphere setting

    • Healing work (hands-on, above-body, or distance-based — as comfort allows)

  • Deliverable: Micro “Vigil Plan” (roles, items to bring, atmosphere guidance)

  • Investment: $2,500 flat

Extra bedside hours (if needed): $150/hr

Tier 4 —

Full Continuum

(Now → 6 Weeks After)

Up to 30 hours of comprehensive accompaniment

  • Includes:

    • Kitchen Table sessions and/or individual companioning

    • Bedside presence during decline or vigil

    • Early grief support for family members or the individual’s loved ones

    • One custom ceremony (bedside transition or memorial)

    • Legacy project guidance (letters, recordings, altar kits, story capture)

    • After-death support (logistics checklist, immediate-days ritual, grief circle)

  • Investment: $4,000 flat

Extra hours: $125/hr

À La Carte Options

(These can stand alone, or be folded into Tier hours/banks as desired.)

  • Grief Support Session (90 min) — $325

    (Meditation, breathwork, ritual, emotional processing)

  • Child Support Session — $150/hr

    (Storytelling, art projects, altar-building, gentle conversation about death)

  • Kitchen Table Family Circle (2 hrs) — $300

  • Bedside Ritual / Singing / Energy Work — $150/hr

    (Hands-on, above-the-body, or distance-based, depending on comfort)

  • Sound Bath / Anointing Ritual (home visit) — $350

  • Memorial / Celebration of Life Officiation — $600–$1,200

  • Legacy Project Build (audio blessing, booklet, altar kit) — $300–$900

Logistics, Policies & Notes

  • Travel: First 10 miles included; then $1.25/mi or day-rate for distant vigils

  • Deposit: Required for on-call windows & ceremony dates

  • Sliding Scale: Limited spots available quarterly

Insurance: Not covered
