By booking a session with Elena Box and Calliope Commons LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that the services provided are rooted in spiritual, energetic, and ceremonial practices. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• You affirm that you are voluntarily participating in this session and assume full responsibility for any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual outcomes that may arise.

• You understand that Elena Box does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental conditions.

• You release Elena Box and Calliope Commons LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your participation in these services.

• You understand that all sessions take place in a private home studio located in a basement, and that it is not an ADA-accessible space.
